AI Drug Discovery

ESAIDD 1.0

AI-based drug discovery system

ESAIDD(EnSol AI Drug Discovery)is a system that integrates the existing KISDD platform and EPDS system while incorporating AI-based Large Language Model (LLM) technology, enabling the discovery of promising drug candidates with a high probability of success in a remarkably short time.

ESAIDD System Configuration Diagram

When a disease name and indication are entered into the ESAIDD system, AI analysis identifies potential target protein candidates and their binding sites. This process leverages AI LLM technology and employs a framework that derives results from reliable reference data to minimize hallucinations. Additionally, a sophisticated prompt strategy—designed to clearly define the scope of responses and the underlying evidence—is used to generate in-depth analysis reports on the target candidates.

Once a researcher selects the target protein and binding site proposed by ESAIDD, the system automatically generates candidate peptide sequences. These sequences are derived and prioritized using energy parameter values—calculated through statistical physicochemical analysis—that account for interactions between all possible amino acid pairs within the protein structure. Subsequently, the generated candidate sequences undergo re-evaluation based on docking pose scores and binding affinity predictions, ultimately enabling the researcher to efficiently select the most promising candidates.

Unlike conventional peptide discovery methods—which rely on trial-and-error processes such as random screening and repetitive experiments—the ESAIDD system distinguishes itself by enabling a more systematic and precise search for candidate compounds within just a few days through high-performance computing, artificial intelligence, and design and quantitative evaluation based on drug targets and physicochemical principles.

The ESAIDD system is a cutting-edge, one-stop solution that utilizes artificial intelligence to handle the entire process—from target protein selection to the design and evaluation of short peptide sequences—based solely on the input of a specific disease name. This system opens up various commercialization opportunities, including technology transfers and joint development projects with domestic and international partners; please contact us at the details below if you are interested in collaboration.
